📜 Cakesmith – Store Policies
🛒 1. Order Policy
- Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance depending on design complexity
- Custom/theme cakes require prior discussion and confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment (full/advance)
- Last-minute orders are subject to availability
💳 2. Payment Policy
- We accept UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payments
- 50% advance payment required for custom orders
- Balance payment must be completed before delivery/pickup
- No order will be processed without payment confirmation
🚚 3. Delivery & Pickup Policy
- Delivery charges may apply based on location
- We ensure safe packaging, but Cakesmith is not responsible for damage once delivered
- Customers must provide accurate address & contact details
- Pickup orders must be collected on time
❌ 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of delivery
- Advance payment is non-refundable for customized cakes
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
- No refunds for taste preference issues
🎨 5. Customization Policy
- We try our best to match designs, but slight variations may occur
- Reference images are used for inspiration, not exact replication
- Color shades and finishing may vary slightly due to handmade nature
🍰 6. Product & Storage Policy
- Cakes are best consumed within 24 hours
- Store in a refrigerator (2–5°C)
- Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
- Cakesmith is not responsible for damage due to improper handling/storage

- Customers must inform us about any allergies before ordering

- Ensure someone is available to receive the order at delivery time
